First, gather everything you'll need. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bowls or plates with each ingredient.
2 tablespoons butter, 8 oz marshmallows, 4 cups popcorn, 1/4 cup winter sprinkles, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon coconut oil
In a pot on medium heat, melt the butter. After it's all melted, add the marshmallows. When the marshmallows are melted, add the popcorn and vanilla. Mix in the sprinkles and take it off the heat.

With greased gloves, form twelve popcorn balls, each about 1/4 cup. Place them on the cookie sheet. Let them cool for five minutes.
After they're done cooling, roll each one in powdered sugar. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil, and drizzle it on each popcorn ball. Let this cool in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Finally, take it out, place it into a cute Christmas bowl, and enjoy!
