Baked Cinnamon Apples

These baked cinnamon apples have no added sugar! They are also incredibly easy and delicious. They are perfect with breakfast, for dessert, or as a snack. Make this recipe today!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 apples
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • First, cut the apples into cubes that are about the size of a tablespoon. Put all the cubes into a bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour this over the apples and mix well with a spatula. Put the apples onto a cookie sheet.

  • Bake the apples at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. You know that they're done when a toothpick goes through easily. Let this cool for a bit, and optionally top with more cinnamon. Serve with a spatula. Enjoy!
