March 2026 Bible Study Challenge: Proverbs 3:3-4

This is the March 2026 Bible Study Challenge: Proverbs 3:3-4! This month, we’ll talk about favor and how the Bible tells us how to have it.

“Girl shall not live on cookies alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God,” or something like that. Welcome to the March 2026 Bible Study Challenge on Proverbs 3:3-4! This month, our Bible study will be on these verses from Proverbs because Saint Patrick’s Day is coming up. Yeah, we’ll have a deep dive on luck, but the real kind. We’ll then share what we observed on March 31. Before we start the Bible study, let me tell you your mission.

Your Mission

Your mission for this month is to have a Bible study on Proverbs 3:3-4. The materials you’ll need to complete the mission are a pencil or pen, a piece of paper or a notebook, and your Bible. So, make sure to grab those right now. Now, you also have to read the Scripture below and have a Bible study. In your Bible study, make sure to include your:

As I said, your observation needs answers to all three Main Questions. The Main Questions are three questions that will guide you throughout your Bible study. I’ll show them to you later. The final thing you’ll have to do is share what you observed on March 31. That’s when I’ll share my observation. Now that you know your mission, I need to share the Scripture that our Bible study is on!

Proverbs 3:3-4 NLT:

Never let loyalty and kindness leave you!
Tie them around your neck as a reminder.
Write them deep within your heart.
Then you will find favor with both God and people,
and you will earn a good reputation.

Three Main Questions

It’s March, the month of green clovers, gold coins, and luck. Obviously, luck isn’t real. It’s fake! The Bible doesn’t say that luck is real, but it does talk about something else: favor. Favor is a bit like luck, but it’s biblical, genuine, and so much better! Luck isn’t real, but favor is. I don’t know about you, but I would rather have favor than 1,000,000 four-leaf clovers.

Our passage, Proverbs 3:3-4, talks about favor. It first gives instructions. It tells us to always be loyal and kind. This passage says to tie them around our necks as a reminder and to write them deep in our hearts. This basically means to meditate and always think about whether we’re being kind or not. Then, it says that we’ll find favor with God and people. If it just stopped at favor with God, I’d still want to follow the instruction, but favor with God and people? Yeah, I’m sold! Wait! And it says that doing this will give me a good reputation? Wow, I’m even more sold! So, how exactly do we get favor with God and people? This leads us to our three Main Questions!

  1. Why should we never let loyalty and kindness leave us? How do we do it?
  2. What does it mean to write loyalty and kindness deep in our hearts? How does the Bible and Jesus (the Word at the beginning) relate to this (Psalms 119:11)?
  3. How does this verse relate to Luke 2:52? What does this tell us about Jesus?

Ok, now it’s time to write.

Observation, Application, and Prayer

Write your observation. Include answers to all three Main Questions.

Write your application. How can you apply this to your life?

Finally, write a prayer based on your observation and application.

See You on the 31st!

Thank you so much for participating in the March 2026 Bible Study Challenge: Proverbs 3:3-4! I can’t wait to see your observations on March 31! That’s when I’ll share mine. Ok, that’s all. Bye, girlies!
