I thought this was interesting. It’s called that because ancient people noticed that it started to become hotter when a star named Sirius rose with the sun. Sirius is also called the “Dog Star”. That’s why it’s called that.

This led to the creation of this lovely recipe. I love cold treats on summer days. This recipe makes the summer fun last for me! However, ice cream is NOT just for summer. I’ll eat ice cream even if it’s snowing outside! It’s just too good.
Summer is really hot. Baking can heat up the house even more! If it’s really hot, you’re feeling lazy, but you also want to make something, try this homemade butter recipe! You just put heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer and watch the stand mixer mix. Then, you rinse the butter. Finally, you season the butter and wrap it in parchment paper. It’s really amazing to see heavy whipping cream turn into butter and buttermilk.
