Christmas is coming soon! All that gift shopping, cooking, and planning for Christmas Day can leave you with no plans or activities to do with your family or friends on Christmas Eve. This is why I have five last-minute Christmas Eve activity ideas that are practical and don’t require much planning. They are easy to do, and most importantly, they are super fun. Let’s dive in!
Card Making
Christmas cards or Christmas art are very fun crafts. Just grab some art supplies, sit at a table, and draw! You can draw Christmas trees, wreaths, or candy canes. Make it your style and use pretty Christmas colors. Art doesn’t have to be professional and take tons of time. Even if your cards aren’t perfect, card-making is still a great last-minute activity.
Christmas Karaoke
Christmas karaoke is so much fun to do with friends and family. Play a song on TV and start singing! You don’t need a microphone, but if you have one, that’s perfect. If you have a bigger crowd, you can do a karaoke talent show. You need a few judges, and everyone else will perform for them. The judges will rate each performance. After all the performances, the person with the highest ratings wins. Christmas karaoke is a very fun activity to do with friends on Christmas Eve.
Christmas Quizzes
The next idea is a Christmas quiz. This one is good because it requires no planning at all! I already have three quizzes for you. Two of them are personality quizzes, while one of them is trivia.
The first personality quiz is the Can I Guess Your Favorite Christmas Activity Personality Quiz. Just answer a few questions about your personality, and I’ll try to guess what Christmas activity you like the most.

Is your Christmas spirit high or low? Take this quiz to find out! So, those are the personality quizzes. They are extremely fun to take with friends. The Christmas Story Bible Reading
Reading the Christmas Bible story hits different on a late Christmas Eve night. Having a Christmas Bible study with your friends is very interesting. You only need a pencil, a piece of paper, and a Bible. There are so many cool Bible prophecy facts waiting for you to discover. Just ask ChatGPT or Google any questions you have.

Santa Hat Capture the Flag
Have you ever played flag football or capture the flag? In this game, you play that, but with a Santa hat! It’s super easy to learn and play. No prep work needed (unless you need to quickly crochet a Santa hat)! Let me explain more.
So, one person wears a Santa hat. This is player #1. Another person (player #2) chases player #1 and tries to steal the hat from their head. Player #1 must last 30 seconds without their hat being stolen. If they can do this, they win! If player #2 catches the hat, then they win. Understand? Good.
