Halloween is coming at the end of this month. I don’t really like Halloween because it entertains fear. Candy and cute costumes are fun, but entertaining fear is NOT good. You can learn more about that in my October Bible Study Challenge. If you think the same about entertaining fear and Halloween, then you are in the right place! Here are some non-Halloween fall activities for girls who want to have a fun autumn without entertaining fear! Let’s start!
1. Fall Baking
My first activity is Fall baking. Fall baking is a great way to celebrate the fall season without celebrating Halloween. Baking is fun (except for the dishes!) and gives you yummy, seasonal desserts of your choice. You can also bake anytime. The weather doesn’t matter here. Rainy weather actually makes the experience better!
2. Fall Nails
The next activity is fall nails! Fall nails are amazing for when you’re bored. I used to try to do nail polish designs on my fingers. I remember succeeding at a French tip and polka dots. You can try these designs using fall colors.
3. Colorful Tree Drawings
You can also try doing colorful tree art this fall. Autumn trees are so much fun to draw because they have so many colors. Art is very relaxing (for me at least).
4. Caramel Corn or Caramel Apples

Would you consider making caramel corn or caramel apples baking? I don’t because there is no flour in those items. I love making caramel corn on cozy fall evenings. I have a great recipe. So, make some caramel corn someday. I’ve never made caramel apples before, but I’m sure it’s good. We’ll both make caramel apples one day!
5. Going on a Hike
Unless you have allergies, going on a hike in the autumn season is so beautiful. The leaves are pretty and the weather is amazing. It’s very calming.
6. Autumn Jewelry
Making jewelry isn’t just a summer thing! You can make cute bracelets all year round! Use red, orange, yellow, and purple string to make friendship bracelets. You can also use wooden beads to make a necklace.
7. Non-Halloween Movie Night
Movie nights are so cozy. If you love fall and cozy movie nights, then why not have a fall-themed movie night? Pick a non-Halloween movie to watch. Eat popcorn and have an amazing time!
8. Nature Art

Have you ever done nature art before? So basically, you gather acorns and beautiful fall leaves. Then, you glue them onto a piece of construction paper. Add glitter if you must. This is a great craft to do with friends.
9. Candle or Soap Making
Have you ever tried candle making? I haven’t tried it, but I do like soap making! If you make candles or soap, add fall colors and fragrances. When I make fall soap, I add orange, red, or yellow pigment. I also add autumn fragrances. I like orange essential oil. Tell me in the comments what essential oils you use for soap making!
10. Write a Fall Poem
I love writing seasonal poetry. If you’re a writer too, then writing poetry is a great fall activity for you! Poetry is so easy to write when you are experiencing what you’re writing about. Try writing poetry outside on a windy afternoon.
Conclusion:
